Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has said “ I have earlier faced mafia and now too I will counter mafia.
“I can not be deterred by cheap tactics of opposition. We will overcome the situation arising in Punjab. All the members are with me. There is no need to worry”, he said this while presiding over a meeting of senior leaders of PTI here Thursday.
The meeting was attended by Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Farrukh Habib, Asad Umar, Hammad Azhar, Shafqat Mahmood and legal team. They gave detailed briefing to counter the no confidence motion. Consultation was made in the meeting to deal with no confidence motion.
The senior leaders gave proposals to deal with the no rust motion. The legal aspects of the no confidence motion were also reviewed. The future strategy was also evolved therein.
The participants discussed at length the meetings recently held with allied parties. They all expressed satisfaction over the assurances given by the coalition partners.
The senior leaders of party reaffirmed the resolve opposition no confidence motion will be thwarted.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said opposition balloon is going to be deflated. They will meet historical defeat.
Pervez Khattak said several opposition members will side with us. We have completed our home work. Let the opposition be happy for some days. We will give surprise.
