Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted PTI Member National Assembly (MNA) Shakoor Shad plea to file additional documents.
The case against the acceptance of resignation of Shakoor Shad as MNA came up before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq for hearing Friday.
The court accepted the plea of filing additional documents in Shakoor Shad case. The miscellaneous petition was clubbed with main case.
The counsel for National Assembly (NA) secretariat appeared in the court.
He told the court he was to file additional documents related to the order of NA speaker.
The court remarked ” file the documents. Your main case has been fixed for hearing on 28. We will hear it therein.
The court while accepting the plea for filing additional documents adjourned the hearing of the case till April 28.
