Lahore case
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved protective bail of PTI leader Aliya Hamza till May 5 in Lahore case. Acting Chief Justice (CJ) Sarfraz Dogar approved the protective bail Tuesday. Aliya Hamza appeared in the court along with her counsel Ahad Khokhar and other lawyers. Aliya Hamza said we come to tell the courts they have no importance . May court grant bail or otherwise, they arrest whenever they will. Talking to media men outside the court she said I don’t know what the rulers are disliking any thing of mine that FIRs upon FIRs are being registered against me. I don’t know how many cases have been registered against me. In every city of Pakistan case is registered against me. Here arrest is made first and then it is thought what FIR be given. One more case has been registered against me in the evening. I have come here to IHC to seek transit bail so that I could appear before ATC. Protest, rallies and conventions will be held . It is our legal and constitutional right. We believe in rule of law and surrender before courts. Online
