IHC bars private educational institution from making construction on allotted plot

ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has barred private educational institution from making construction on allotted plot.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 21. A single bench of IHC led by justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb while issuing 9-page order stopped private educational institution from making construction on allotted plot.
It has been said in the order education ministry should tell why DG Federal Directorate of Education has not been appointed so far.
Prima facie only 2o percent free education in public-private partnership school is constitutional violation. Secretary as DG Federal Directorate of education against additional charge cannot make policy decision. The report be presented through which federal directorate of education expressed concerns to education ministry on the matter of plot.
No construction will be made on the plot till the next hearing.
