KP: Governor, CM lead march to mark Kashmir Black Day

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Haji Ghulam Ali and Chief Minister Mohammad Azam Khan led a march here on Saturday to express solidarity with Kashmiris and observe the Kashmir Black Day.
The rally began from the Chief Minister ‘Secretariat and culminated at the Governor House Peshawar.
Secretary Information All Party Hurriyat Conference, Imtiaz Iqbal, Wani, caretaker provincial minister for information, sports and culture barrister Feroz Jamal Shah Kakakhil and other members of the caretaker cabinet, commissioner Peshawar, administrative heads of various departments, civil society members and a large number of students participated in the rally.
The participants of the rally condemned the Indian state oppression in occupied Kashmir and expressed solidarity with the Kashmiris.
The participants carried placards with slogans against Indian oppression and oppression. On this occasion, Haji Ghulam Ali said that the Black Day of Kashmir is a tragic chapter in human history, the Indian government is committing genocide of the Kashmiri people by putting all human rights above the threshold and for the last 76 years, the people of occupied Kashmir have been subjected to the worst state terrorism by India.

He said that on the occasion of Black Kashmir Day, Kashmiris express complete solidarity with the people.
Saluting the spirit and courage of the Kashmiri people’s struggle for freedom, he said that the people of Pakistan have stood with the Kashmiri people since the beginning and will continue to stand.
KP Governor said that for 76 years, India has been suppressing the freedom and independence of Kashmiris by force but they would not give up.
The United Nations has to play its role to give Kashmiris the right to self-determination according to the resolutions of the United Nations.
Haji Ghulam Ali also urged the international community and the United Nations to stop the decades-long atrocities on the Kashmiri people.
The ongoing atrocities in the region are a threat to the peace of the region and without resolving the Kashmir issue, peace in South Asia is impossible.
