Islamabad High Court (IHC) has disposed of the petition against the notices issued by FIA to PTI secretariat employees.
Acting Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Amir Farooq issued 4-page written order Thursday.
IHC has said in its order the notices against which the petition was filed have been implemented. The petition has become ineffective after the submission of replies to the notices by the employees and joining the investigation by them.
The court directed FIA to be careful while issuing notice to any one in future.
