ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to interior ministry, IG Islamabad, NAB and others on the plea of chairman Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and PTI leader Junaid Akbar for providing details of cases against him. The court has sought reply from them. The petition of Junaid Akbar for provision of details of cases against him came up for hearing before justice Khadim Hussain Soomro for hearing Monday. Counsel Ayesha Khalid appeared on behalf of Junaid Akbar chairman PAC. The counsel requested the court to issue order for providing details of cases against Junaid Akbar. The court while issuing notice to interior ministry, IG Islamabad, NAB and other respondents for reply adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period. Online
