ISLAMABAD,
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to present FIR record against Ali Wazir on next hearing of the case on September 18. The single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb gave this order during the hearing of the petition seeking provision of details of cases against Ali Wazir and his protection bail Wednesday. The counsel for petitioner Atta Ullah Kundi appeared in the court. He took the plea he fears the petitioner can be arrested on unknown FIR registered against him.
The record of cases pending with FIR be summoned.
The state counsel said 4 FIR are registered against the petitioner.
The court while ordering to present record of FIRs on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till September 18.
