IHC reserves judgment on U-tuber Asad Toor bail plea

ISLAMABAD: Bail plea of renowned U-Tuber Asad Toor came up for hearing before single bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) led by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq. The court heard the petition with registrar high court objections. The court reserved the judgment which will be announced later. Justice Aamer Farooq remarked what is to be done it is to be done as per law and constitution. I see on administration side why this case has not been heard. He gave these remarks during hearing of bail plea of Asad Toor Friday. The CJ IHC heard the bail plea with registrar office objections. The court remarked the bail plea of petitioner is still pending hearing in subordinate court. The CJ IHC remarked what is to be done it has to be done as per law and constitution. Counsel Emman Mazari said observation of Supreme Court (SC) has come in this case. In 10 days there was physical remand and then seven days have passed, bail plea has not been heard. The court adjourned the hearing of the case. Online
