ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared ministry of Commerce orders regarding election of Karachi Chambers of Commerce (KCC). Justice Inaam Amin Minhas heard the petition filed by Arshid Khurshid and others. While announcing the decision he cancelled ministry of commerce decision and remanded the case to appellate authority for deciding it afresh . The court ordered secretary ministry of commerce should hear the respondents within 60 days and decide the case afresh. ONLINE
