RAWALPINDI: A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench comprising justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf has dismissed intra court appeal against the decision regarding privatization of PIA. The petitioner Sardar Amir Raj had filed appeal plea through Nazakat Hussain advocate in di vision bench against the decision of single bench. During the hearing of the case the court expressed resentment over the absence of the petitioner maintaining how a citizen can file appeal plea like this whose no basic right has been affecetd. The counsel for the petitioner told the court he is sick therefore, he could not appear in the court. The court however maintained as process of the privatization has been completed therefore, it is not proper to file such like application on this occasion. The court dismissed the appeal plea.
