ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while suspending the notification of recent appointments made in Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has issued stay order. The court summoned reply from the respondents till next hearing. Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan of IHC took up PSB officer Sarfraz Rasool petition for hearing Wednesday. The court issued stay order against the appointments made in PSB. The court issued ordered to stay appointment of Director finance and Assistant engineer in PSB. The court also stopped appointment of the petitioner Sarfraz Rasool from PSB to ministry of inter provincial coordination. The court while suspending PSB April 4 notification has sought reply from the respondents till June 26. The hearing of the case was adjourned till June 26. Online
