ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while preventing CDA from promoting officers has issued notice and sought reply. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani issued stay order for preventing CDA from promoting officers on Monday. \ IHC imposed ban on promotion of CDA officers for three months. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani issued orders during hearing of petition of petitioner Syed Hamid Ali Shah. High Court ordered that CDA should not issue any promotion order of officers for three months. IHC while issuing notice to CDA has sought reply besides adjourning the hearing of the case. APP
