IHC to hear petition seeking Imran’s disqualification for concealing daughter on Dec 20

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed Dec 20 for hearing the petition filed against Imran Khan for concealing name of his alleged daughter in nomination papers.

IHC registrar office has issued cause list for fixing the case on December 20.

The court has already issued notice to Imran Khan, election commission and federation.

Chief Justice IHC Amir Farooq will hear the petition filed by the citizen Muhammad Sajid.

It was said in the petition that Imran Khan provided wrong information while filing nomination papers. Imran Khan made mention of his two children in the nomination papers and concealed the information about one.

The court while issuing notice to the respondents has sought reply from them.
