ISLAMABAD : Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up case following recovery of newly borne one month old baby girl.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC presided over by Justice Amir Farooq Monday.
Islamabad Police recovered the baby girl and presented her before the court Monday. Court has given chance to the police to recover the baby girl till Monday.
Yousman Tasawar, resident of Islamabad appeared in the court along with baby girl.
Justice Amir Farooq inquired from the mother of baby girl if she had got her baby girl.
The mother of the baby girl told the court the baby girl is with her.
It may be recalled the mother of baby girl who was born on May 17 had resorted to court. Shalimar Police recovered baby girl.
The petitioner had taken plea in her petition that husband and father in law had thrashed her and snatched baby girl from her. They both had expelled her from home after snatching the baby girl.
