Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up contempt of court plea after meeting of Imran Khan with his lawyers.
The contempt of court plea filed by Faisal Chaudhry against imposition of ban on his lawyers meeting with Imran Khan in Adiala jail despite court orders came up for hearing before Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan of IHC Friday.
The court wrapped up case after arranging of meeting of Imran Khan with his lawyers.
Faisal Chaudhry said the basic rights of Imran Khan are being violated in jail.
Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan remarked I will not go out of scope of this case. You should file petition in this regard separately.
Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan inquired is there no intention to extend the notification regarding ban on meetings.
Advocate General (AG) Islamabad said no, ban on meetings in jail will not be extended. It is requested contempt of court petition be disposed of.
