PESHAWAR: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Sultan Hussain the co-owner of City Residencia Peshawar in an illegal unregistered housing society scam. According to the NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), City Residencia Peshawar housing scheme was operating without meeting legal formalities. “The accused person sold a total of 675 plots (315 kanal) while having ownership of only 113 kanals. The accused person was presented in the Accountability Court Peshawar for obtaining physical custody” said NAB-KP. The court has given ten days physical custody of the co-owner in the scam.
