ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar has said improvement have been shown by the Ehsaas entities in ensuring transparency and integrity in Ehass systems. She stated this while chairing the meeting of officials to monitor compliance to Ehsaas Governance and Integrity Policy and track progress here on Saturday. Dr. Sania Nishtar said the policy aims to ensure that organizations involved in delivery of welfare are effective and responsive to the needs of the disadvantaged populations. Officials of BISP, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, Trust for Voluntary Organizations and Higher Education Commission attended the meeting.
