Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Khursheed Shah said Tuesday former Prime Minister Imran Khan was not a ‘public leader’, adding that politicos do not ‘attack’ institutions.
Talking to media outside Sakhar’s Accountability Court, the PPP leader said respecting state institutions was mandatory for all. He maintained former PM Imran Khan is not a ‘courageous leader’.
Shah said previous government had wrecked country’s economy and put the country into a blind alley. “Mending it would take at least up to four months,” he added.
Khursheed Shah said Imran Khan was not doing a political struggle but looking for a “short cut”. Imran’s allegations carry no worth. A judicial commission however must be formed to probe into his allegations, he added.
