Heinrich Heine, a well-known German poet and dramatist of the 19th century, wrote in one of his poems about burning books and hurting people’s religious feelings a hundred years ago that people who burn books, they also burn people. And then the same thing happened in Nazi Germany. In 1933, many books were burned, including the books of the German poet and dramatist Henry Heine, then in the same place a few years later about sixty Lakhs of people were subjected to death in horrible conditions.
The history of burning books is very old. This process has been going on since the 3rd century BC, after Alexander the Great, Ptolemy II became the ruler of Egypt, his era is the 3rd century BC. He personally valued knowledge. He built a library in Alexandria containing about five lakh (500,000) books on various sciences. This is the library that was known in history as the Library of Alexandria. This library was destroyed later (before the Islamic era). It is wrongly alleged about this library that it was burnt on the order of Hazrat Umar Farooq. However, long before the emergence of Islam, its existence had ended in the fourth century AD.
In 213 BC, Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty in China, ordered the burning of books and the burial of scholars. The Roman Emperor Constantine the Great had all the books of non-partisan Arians burned. When the Muslim rule ended in Spain, the Christians burned all the libraries established by the Muslims. During the crusades, the libraries of Egypt, Syria, Spain and other Islamic countries were burned. When Halaku Khan conquered Baghdad, he drowned all the libraries there in the Tigris River. History says that hundreds of libraries were destroyed. Christians burned numerous Jewish manuscripts.
Book burning has a long history in Europe, sometimes used to challenge political authority and sometimes as a tactic used by authoritarian regimes to intimidate the masses. Thus burning the book becomes symbolic murder or symbolic destruction. Wherever the brutality of the truths contained in the books became unbearable, they were set on fire.
This is the reason why until today the mentally ill people of any country have set fire to the Holy Quran, they are afraid of the irrefutable and pure truths written in it until the Day of Resurrection and every time they burn it, they try to destroy these truths. But those cowards, bearers of ignorance, enemies of this book whose author is the creator of all worlds, do not know that the fire, the flames that are found in this world, those who burn this book, the hands, the place, everything will be destroyed. will perish, but this book will remain. and see their hypocrisy that while defaming the freedom of speech, sometimes our beloved Prophet makes sketches of the apocalypse and sometimes burns the holiest book of this world which teaches peace, security and love. they talk about research and friendship. However, by repeatedly burning the Holy Quran, they have proved their ignorance, extremism, brutality and dangerous terrorism.
History is a witness that till today Muslims have taken care of inter-faith tolerance as much as no one else has. Interfaith harmony is the guarantee of peace and love in the world. Interfaith harmony means that people belonging to all religions treat each other with respect and respect each other’s religious scriptures, holy places, selected Refrain from insulting people. Interfaith harmony paves the way for peaceful coexistence and prosperity among different religions and for all human beings living in the world.
Inter-religious harmony is important for the establishment of tolerance in the society, above all kinds of distinctions of color, race, caste, language, nation. Dialogue is very important for religious harmony in order to understand religious diversity in the world of globalization and promote human interaction.
In 1976, a priest in an American university wrote a research paper called Foundation for dialogue between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, in which it was written that “The personality of Sayyidna Ibrahim (as) has a central position in this respect, the three nations (Islam, (Judaism, Christianity) can listen to each other’s problems and come up with an agreed course of action.”
But Westerners have always hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims. In front of Europe’s double standards, extremism has increased so much that world peace is being destroyed. Denying inter-faith tolerance, incidents of burning the Holy Quran are happening in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Holland today. The sentiments of Muslims are being hurt by making insulting sketches of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD PBUH.
In the name of freedom of expression, why do Western mental patients only insult the holy things of Muslims? Do they consider Muslims so weak or do they consider them as their slaves? Muslims have to answer this question by their own actions, whether the world wants to burn or any country tries to destroy the Qur’an, it is clear as day that the bodies of these mentally ill people will be burnt to ashes and it will happen. But this is Islam, this is the Qur’an, this is the love of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And the love of these in the hearts of Muslims can never end. Nature has placed flexibility in the nature of Islam. The more you try to push it, the higher it will rise.
