PESHAWAR: International Day of Differently Able Persons was celebrated in collaboration with MOL Group (PAK), District Administration and Social Welfare Department on Thursday at Nishtar Special Education Centre Kohat. Furqan Ashraf, Deputy Commissioner Kohat was the Chief Guest while event was among others also attended by Syed Kamal, Deputy Chief Community Development MOL PAK and large of special students, teachers and womwn. On the occasion, special students expressed their talent in various events including recitation, naat competition, national anthem and skits etc.
Addressing the event, chief guest highlighted importance of the day and informed audience about government commitment and efforts to include this special segment of society in national mainstream.
He also distributed uniforms and shoes and eight wheelchairs among students that were donated by MOL PAK.
