ISLAMABAD
Intra court appeal against decision of NAB amendment case has been fixed for hearing in Supreme Court (SC).
The intra-court appeal filed by federal government will come up for hearing in SC on Tuesday.
A five members larger bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faez Isa will hear the intra court appeal. Justice Amin ud Din, Justice Jamal Khan, Justice Athar Minallah and justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi will be part of 5-member larger bench. SC has issued notices to lawyers of the case.
