PTI Leaders’ Cases
Islamabad
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has scheduled May 21 for hearing multiple cases involving PTI leaders, including arrest-related matters and protest cases. The court had earlier restrained authorities from arresting several leaders and extended protective bail in more than 230 cases. Proceedings involve incidents related to the November 26 protest, Sangjani rally, and demonstrations outside the Supreme Court. Senior PTI figures, including Umair Niazi, Rauf Hassan, and Asad Umar, appeared before the court during earlier hearings.
The court has directed parties to present final arguments at the next date of hearing.
