ISLAMABAD: Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked Islamabad be not made Darra Adam Khel and if magistrate was involved in illegal raid then action be taken against him as well. He further remarked if police does not conduct investigation in transparent manner then the case will be given to FIA, ISI or NAB. The petition seeking registration of case against raid of fake journalists on Massage centre and extortion of money came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri here Monday. The counsel for petitioner told the court private media persons conducted raid and received Rs 575000. Police and magistrate were not accompanying raiding party. Police are not registering case on the complaint of the incident. On the demand seeking return of money the case of the incident was registered. The CCTV footage of raid by private persons was run in the court room on previous hearing. The court remarked as per footage the private persons conducted raid. They knocked at doors, pulled out people from the room and beat them. They were holding wireless and they received money from counter. The court had ordered DIG operations to hold inquiry besides fixing the responsibility. DNA
