RAWALPINDI: Faisal Malik counsel for PTI founder has said jail authorties are committing contempt of court repeatedly. “ It is matter of regret we are not being allowed to meet our client, he said this while talking to media men outside Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) here Tuesday. He held PTI founder should be presented in court in May 9 cases. He observed PTI founder is in jail but he is on bail in May 9 cases. if the accused is sentenced in some other case then he is brought in the court in remaining cases. He said court was requested that PTI founder be presented in the court. The court was also requested to run May 9 cases speedily. The counsel for the PTI founder said it is matter of regret we are not being allowed to meet our client PTI founder. It does not happen so any where in the world that lawyer is stopped from meeting his client. High court decision is there with reference to meetings. Request has been made that either we should be given access to PTI founder or he should be brought in the court. DNA
