Speaking to the media, the spokesperson for Khaniyal Builders said that Khaniyal Builders not only established its identity as a successful residential project but also remained completely free from any major disputes or legal complications during this period, which is clear proof of the management’s seriousness and public trust.
He stated that all basic facilities were provided to residents in the project, including the spacious Masjid Muhammad, educational institutions, parks, and other social amenities. Under the Green Initiative, hundreds of thousands of plants were planted for environmental improvement, which not only improved the environment but also enhanced the beauty of the area.
Muhammad Safdar said that in view of changing circumstances and security concerns, a decision was made in 2023 to close the project with legal permission from the relevant authorities. However, during this process, clients’ interests were given top priority. He said that nearly 95% of allottees have been accommodated. Refunds and alternative plots have been provided, while the remaining 5% of individuals are also being accommodated as soon as possible according to their preference.
He further added that the management of Khaniyal Homes believes in honoring its commitments and has stood with its customers even in difficult circumstances. This project is not merely a housing project but a practical example of trust, responsibility, and a modern lifestyle, and work will continue with the same resolve in the future.
