MARDAN: Considering the safety of precious lives, Deputy Commissioner Mardan Fayyaz Khan Sherpao on Tuesday has under section 144 CrPC banned flying kites, making metal strings/kites as well as buying and selling of kites and metal strings across the district for a period of one month with immediate effect. A notification to this effect said violators of this order will be proceeded against under section 188 of Pakistan Penal Code. APP
