PESHAWAR: Four people were killed and five houses partially damaged in rain related incidents in the five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from June 2 to 3. The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) reported the death of more than 36 livestock from recent rains, floods and lightning. According to the PDMA three deaths reported from Lakki Marwat, one person died in Shangla. The authority has alerted the district administrations, 1122 rescue civil defense and other departments concerned to deal with rains and floods. The departments concerned have been directed to expedite operations for clearance of roads after flooding in some parts of the province. DLP Report
