PESHAWAR: The KP government has decided not to dissolve the provincial assembly on Friday. Reliable sources in PTI told APP that Khyber Pakthunkhwa government was analyzing the political situation after the de-notification of the Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi and has not yet prepared advice for dissolution of KP assembly by the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan. “The KP assembly was not being dissolved today,” the sources reiterated. Earlier, the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan told the media that the advice of the KP Assembly’s dissolution would be sent to the Governor KP after receiving orders from PTI Chairman Imran Khan. Imran Khan had announced the dissolution of KP and Punjab Assembly on Friday (today) during his address to party workers on Saturday last. Ikhtair Wali, PMLN KP spokesman and member provincial assembly told APP that it would be yet another u turn on part of Imran Khan if the KP assembly was not dissolved today. APP
He said Imran Khan was known for taking u turn and his announcement regarding dissolution of KP and Punjab Assembly today was also proved false.
