ISLAMABAD: Lahore Bar has filed petition for becoming respondent in intra court appeals. Lawyer Hamid Khan filed petition on behalf of Lahore Bar. He has taken plea in the petition that issues of fundamental rights and public interest are pending hearing in intra court appeals. Supreme Court (SC) has already given right to represent to lawyers organizations in the cases pertaining to public interest and basic rights. Order was issued to fix the case in the third week of January. SC is requested to allow Lahore bar to become respondent in the case. Online
