The provincial general secretary of Awami National Party (ANP) has demanded of the provincial government to accept legitimate demands of the nurses association who is protesting for their demands in the provincial capital in the pandemic?
He said that the whole country is engulfed by the coronavirus whereas the front-line health workers nurses are protesting on the roads for their service structure and separate directorate.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has forced the nurse’s alliance to protest on the streets for the last two days for their legitimate demands and rights he added.
This protest by the medical staff also shows how serious the current government is about solving public problems, adding that government employees all over the country, including the people, and people from all walks of life are protesting he added.
Addressing separate protests by the Nursing Health Alliance and the Private Schools Network outside the KP Assembly, Sardar Hussain Babak said that if the present government had come to power with the people’s vote, they would have understood the people’s problems.
Babik said that the incumbent government has come down on enmity with the people of the province, adding that PTI had destroyed the health system in the province by introducing Medical Teaching Institutes (MTI) experiments in the sector.
