Lahore High Court (LHC) directed to resubmit application filed against anti-judiciary remarks by Rana Sana Ullah president PML-N Punjab with complete documents.
Chief Justice LHC Justice Ameer Bhatti conducted the hearing and directed the applicant Alia Hamza’s counsel to resubmit amended application after enclosing all the relevant evidential documents.
It was pointed out in the initial application that statement of Rana Sanaullah falls under the category of contempt of court.
