Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought reply from respondents on petition filed by Suleman Akram Raja against the success of Aun Chaudhry from NA-128.
Justice Baqar Ali Najafi took up for hearing petition filed by Suleman Akram Raja against Election Commission (EC) decision regarding success of Aun Chaudhry from NA-128 , The counsel for petitioner told the court EC gave decision for resorting to tribunal on our petition.
