In view of the outbreak of the Corona virus, the lockdown that the government has decided will be implemented strictly, Deputy Commissioner Swat Saqib Raza Aslam said here on Friday.
This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Swat Saqib Raza Aslam while talking to the media men. He said that strict action would be taken on violation of Section 144 Rule of Criminal Procedure and there will be FIR action under Rule 188 and no one is allowed to violate the law.
In view of the outbreak of the Corona virus, the lockdown decided by the government will be implemented. He said those violations the rules would be charged with as per rules and law and an FIR will also be lodged under Criminal Section 188 in this regard.
He said no person will be allowed to play by law and all steps will be taken to enforce the government’s orders. He made it clear that Section 144 has been implemented for the benefit of the general public. If anyone is in doubt, any health department in your area can refer to a doctor as to how important a lockdown is, he informed.
