PESHAWAR: An earthquake measuring 5 on International Richter Scale on Monday morning jolted upper parts of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to the geological center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 5 and its depth was 184 kilometers below the ground. The epicenter of the earthquake was in the mountainous range of Koh e Hindukush. The tremors were felt in Chitral, Dir Lower and Upper, Bajaur, Batkhela and surrounding areas. Stampedes also occurred in some of the schools of Dir Lower, however no loss to life or property was reported from any area. APP
