KHYBER: Unknown motorcycle riders shot and killed a man here in Landi Kotal Bazaar on Saturday. The local police official told that one Gul Khan s/o Ghani, resident of district Charsadda was on his way to the Bazaar from hospital square when unidentified motorcycle riders opened indiscriminate firing and killed on the spot. The killers manage to escape successfully after committing the crime, the official told. Soon after the incident, the local police officials rushed to the spot, shifted the body to headquarter hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police officials collected evidence from the site and initiated investigation; however, the cause of the crime was stated to be old enmity. Senior Home Officer(SHO)Ibrahim Shinwari said that the motorcycle had been recovered beside identification of the murderer had been made and soon will be apprehended in the coming hours.
