ATTOCK: In a gloomy double murder incident, a man on Friday showered bullets over his wife and mother in law to take revenge of domestic feud in village Ikhlas in the limits of Pindigheb Police station. Police while quoting the family members of the victims said that 26 years old Salma Bibi was married to Sadaqat Ali few years ago but soon after marriage, differences developed between the couple subsequently she starts living with her parents and demanded divorce. The man refused the divorced and out of rage, he attacked his wife with dagger when she was going to see some family members in the village, however she survived subsequently an attempt murder case was registered against him at Pindigheb Police station however after some time he released on bail. Later in July 2021 he shot dead his father in law Ghulam Rasool after he refused to send his daughter with him subsequently he was arrested and was send behind the bars. However, the accused had been released on bail due to lack of evidence against him few days ago and out of rage he came in to his in laws house on Friday morning and showered bullets at his wife and 55 years old mother in law, killing them on the spot and fled away successfully.
