ISLAMABAD
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has telephoned anchorperson Shiffa Yousafzai and strongly condemned the storming of her house and torturing the servants by the armed persons .
Talking to her on telephone, the Information Minister said police were investigating this incident. Police have been directed to arrest the accused soon.
She also expressed solidarity with the family members of Shiffa Yousafzai
The anchorperson Shiffa Yousafzai informed the Minister that she was not present at home when the incident took place. The accused subjected the servants to torture , threatened them and went away.
Information minister said such incidents will be eliminated.
