ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Friday paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces on the completion of one year of “Marka-e-Haq Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos,” describing May 10 as a historic milestone in the country’s history. In his special message, the minister said that May 10 is a memorable day in Pakistan’s military history when the Armed Forces, through courage, strategic brilliance and unmatched professionalism, crushed the enemy’s arrogance. Aleem Khan praised the bravery of the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Army and Pakistan Navy, stating that the entire nation held its head high with pride during the “ Marka-e-Haq”. He also commended Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf for their outstanding leadership and professional excellence. The Minister stated that the falcons of the Pakistan Air Force established such dominance deep inside enemy territory that the entire world now acknowledges their strength.
