Opposition leader at the National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif said Monday that expected mini-budget by government will destroy country economically to an ‘unprecedented extent’.
In a statement on Monday, the PML-N president said that mini-budget will be tantamount to stabbing the people as well as Pakistan in the back. “After the mini-budget, economy will only be relying on foreign aid” he said.
Shehbaz Sharif said that he again appealed to what he called members of the PTI government with a ‘conscience’ not to vote in the favour of the budget since it was a bitter pill to swallow.
