Minister Relief inquires after health of FC HQ’ attack injured

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Aqib Ullah Khan on Monday visited Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar and inquired about the well-being of the personnel and civilians injured in the Peshawar FC Headquarters blast and visited them.
He also stressed on providing best possible medical facilities to the injured. Aqib Ullah Khan expressed concern and regret over the incident.
Talking to the media, he said the provincial government is determined to protect the lives and property of the people and is taking serious steps to utilize all resources in this regard.

The Minister Relief said that as soon as the incident was reported, the DG Rescue, Director of Operations and District Emergency Officer immediately reached the spot and supervised the relief activities.
He said that 8 ambulances, 2 fire vehicles and a disaster vehicle of the Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department, in addition to several officials, participated in the relief activities.
The provincial minister also expressed condolences to the families of those who died in the incident and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
