Since the independence of Pakistan, politicians are claiming their best part to be made in the nation’s development soon after electing them as the rulers of the nation. Checking and infiltration is under process and 78 years of this checking resulted none to be found adhere to his/her pledges.
Intoxication of power disentangled them from the vows which had been made. For five years, they have taken leisure of wealth that actually belongs to the public and lastly when their tenure is about to end and preparation for next election resume their four wheel double cabins and Fortuners and more alike high CCs vehicles have been roaming in the murky streets which are full of garbage due to their unpaid attentions to resolve local issues.
Americans during elections are electing a candidate who has a welfare record and has potential to push forward the nation’s development if he/she does not fulfill respective duties the Americans chant with these words” fool me once is your mistake, fool me twice is my stupidity”. Societies like ours are lagged behind and still need double progress to place our system ahead of those of western societies. Our politicians are making us fool not once or twice but they are making mockery of us for a lifetime.
Thanks to social media that tarnished for some extent the stereotype culture where a single person called Sardar or Malak was deciding the fate of a village and the entire village was following him as a herd. Now this culture does not exist and even a small family has a dynamic proportion of selection of a leader.
The local stewardships are entrenched with difficulties and now they are seemed lethargic and overturning the previous strategies and focusing on the public advancement instead of rubbing their votes.
Moreover, similar conservative method was betoken by a big parties and without any progress they have assigned a central seat while the political landscape is totally changed and even a mighty and striking quarter once was thought that if anyone got the blessing of them would must get to the winning seat but the current wave of virtual warfare upended the old tradition and the powerful quarter is about to say goodbye to politics and a final thaw of interference is going to be ended.
The turning point in the political arena must be felt by the political agents should formulate their policies to serve the public interest and give up the old version of their politics. It is not a begging suggestion but a warning to them that by not changing the old way of politics your politics would buried.
It is a commendable initiative the people have embarked on this year before poll takes place after two weeks and should not lose the rope by handing over their lace in the hands of inept politicians and vote for a leader who has thoughts for public welfare if none could find then vote for none of the above and reveal to the people that no more foolishness and threw off the corrupt politicians and dislike them in polling stations.
