PESHAWAR
A dignified central Independence Day’s cake cutting ceremony was held at the provincial secretariat of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chaired by Federal Minister and PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Engineer Amir Muqam here Friday.
Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) and PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Women’s Wing President Ms. Sobia Shahid attended the ceremony alongside Federal Minister Engineer Amir Muqam. On the occasion, an Independence Day cake was cut, followed by special prayers for the country’s security, stability, development, and prosperity.
PML-N office-bearers, workers, and representatives of various wings participated in large numbers.
On the directives of Engineer Amir Muqam, Independence Day celebrations were also held across the province under the auspices of PML-N district- and tehsil-level organizations.
