Clean chit

NAB while declaring Prime Minister (PM) Shebaz Sharif innocent in Ashiana Housing Scheme Scandal (AHSS) has given him clean chit.
According NAB report no evidence has been found about corruption in the contract of AHSS. Neither any financial loss was caused to national kitty nor Shehbaz Sharif got benefits. No evidence was found on misuse of his powers by Shehbaz Sharif in Ahsiana Housing Scheme.
No aspect of ill intent is proved against Shehbaz Sharif.
NAB said doubtlessly it is becoming proved that no loss was caused to national kitty.
It has been said in NAB report Kamran Kiyani too has not caused loss to the national exchequer and not Fawad Hassan Fawad took any bribe to in award of the contract.
According to NAB, Shehbaz Sharif had sent the matter of Ashiana Housing Scheme to Anti Corruption as per law.
NAB has recommended that Accountability Court (AC) should give decision on Shehbaz Sharif acquittal plea as per law.
NAB had leveled four allegations against Shehbaz Sharif . First allegation was that he in the capacity of chief minister shifted Ashiana Scheme project from PLDC to LDA.
The second allegation was that he gave illegal orders for transferring the project again from LDA to PLDC.
The third allegation was that he ordered to transfer this project to Paragon. Then he placed it under PPP (Public private partnership mode) through illegal orders.
The fourth allegation was leveled that he interfered in the matters of board illegally and he took steps setting aside the law. He canceled agreement with Latif Sons illegally in 2013.
