Director General NIPA/PARD/PPSA Capt. (Retd) Usman Gul has said that people today expect a lot from bureaucracy. National progress is contingent upon the role of professional bureaucracy. He expressed these views while addressing the grad-uating officers of 43rd Domain Specific Mid-Career Management Course at the NI-PA/PARD/PPSA Campus on the eve of graduation ceremony of the course. Faculty and staff of the three training institutes attended the event.
The Director General added that professional trainings like Specialized part of 04 Weeks of MCMC are vital for equipping the officers with the needed skills so that offic-ers effectively tackle the challenges being faced by the nation.
He said that public serv-ants should be friendly with the people and dedicate their full potential to public ser-vice. He urged the graduating officers to perform their duties with integrity, discipline and commitment.
The Director General paid special tribute to the outright support and guidance of the Secretary Establishment Division Mr. Inamullah Khan Dharejo. He said that Secretary Establishment provided visionary leadership to the NSPP and its allied NIPAs and ex-tended full support.
The Director General appreciated the efforts of the faculty, staff and administration of the PPSA for making the course a success. Chief Instructor MCMC (Domain Specific) Mr. Muhammad Taj Hameed presented the course report to the Director General.
