RAWALPINDI
Six terrorists were killed during an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) conducted by security forces in Dattakhel, North Waziristan District on Thursday.
According to a press release issued by the ISPR, the operation was followed by sanitization of the area by security forces during which three more terrorists were killed after an intense exchange of fire. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the terrorists.
As per the ISPR, security forces on Thursday piped three more terrorists in a sanitization operation conducted day after six terrorists were killed in general area Datta Khel, North Waziristan District.
Locals of the area appreciated the security forces’ response and expressed their full support to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the area.
