Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the maintainability of petition against appointment of labor officer Islamabad. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani expressed resentment on the petitioner over his ignorance about his own petition.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani inquired from the petitioner he has filed the petition at whose behest. You know him against whom you have filed petition.
The counsel for petitioner tried to speak.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani directed the counsel to keep quiet saying I am requesting you to let me ask questions from the petitioner.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani once again asked question from the petitioner that he filed petition at whose behest.
The petitioner replied he himself has filed petition .
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said you don’t know he is serving on what post against whom you have filed petition. Nod your head or you be sent to jail.
You don’t feel ashamed of it. How much money you have received. Tell me the name or department at whose behest you have filed the petition.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said you know the meaning of lying in the court. Message came to you from Dera Ismail Khan and you filed the petition.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani directed the naib court to make sit the petitioner in the court.
Counsel for the petitioner came to rostrum and requested the court to allow the petitioner to go.

The counsel for the petitioner said I have become missing due to quo -warranto petition.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiayani remarked many people have become missing for big quo-warranto. No one stands before the system. Once a man had challenged Phd professor appointment. The petitioner had not even passed 5th class. Let them fight who are involved in fight.
