Provincial minister for revenue & estate Nazir Ahmed Abbasi emphasized the need for a shift beyond politics and constituencies in promoting educational development.
Speaking to teachers, he highlighted that teaching is a noble profession, associated with the role of prophets, and urged them to not only focus on providing quality education but also on enhancing the training of students.
In a statement issued here, Mr Abbasi stressed the importance of raising awareness among children to build a society based on justice and free from corruption.
Abbasi reiterated the party’s commitment to upholding justice and the dignity of the judiciary in the country, warning that societies lacking justice face the risk of destruction.
At the prize distribution ceremony of middle school sports competitions in Abbottabad, Abbasi highlighted the value of participation over winning in sports, encouraging students to engage in extracurricular activities.
He advised teachers to limit students’ use of mobile phones and promote sports, which foster both physical and mental development.
The competitions involved 80 middle schools in the district and included cricket, PT, hockey, football, basketball, and more.
Abbasi also stressed the significance of Pakistan’s religious foundation and the collective responsibility of both students and teachers in the country’s development.
He encouraged students to study with dedication, integrity, and hard work, while urging teachers to fulfill their role in shaping the future of the youth.
