Election Tribunal restored the nomination papers of PTI candidate Khalid Nisar Dogar from NA 156 and PP 231, the decision of the Returning Officer was dismissed. Ejaz Sultan Bandisha’s application for restoration of nomination papers rejected. According to the details, the nomination papers of Sardar Khalid Nisar Dogar, the expected candidate of PTI from NA 156 and PP 231 of Borewala, which was rejected by the Returning Officer due to non-arrival of the proposal and endorser, appealed against this decision to the Election Tribunal Multan.
After the hearing, Judge Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar rejected the decision of the Returning Officer and restored the nomination of the paper.
The nomination papers of PTI candidate Ijaz Sultan Bandisha from Constituency NA 157 and PP 232 were upheld and rejected by the Returning Officer.
