RAWALPINDI
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan for 13th time in November 26 protest case. Judge Amjid Ali Shah heard the case against 11 accused persons including Aleema Khan. Aleema Khan did not appear in the court. Exemption plea filed by her lawyers was rejected. The court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan issued non bailable arrest warrants of both of her guarantors as well. Prosecution team remained present in the court.
According to prosecutor Zahir Shah 38 prosecution witnesses have appeared in the court so far. He took the plea Aleema Khan is hampering the hearing deliberately. ‘
The court while adjourning the hearing till tomorrow ordered Aleema Khan be presented in the court tomorrow at every cost.
The court ordered Aleema Khan and her guarantors be arrested and be presented in the court on next hearing.
It is pertinent mention here non bailable arrest warrants have been issued against Aleema Khan for 13th time.
